Patricia "Gailon" Huseman, NP

Gailon has 33 years experience in nursing with 28 of those years as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice/Internal Medicine. She also has 3 years experience in pulmonology. Additionally she served as a sub-investigator with Benchmark Research conducting pharmaceutical studies from 1998 to 2016. She is a Certified Medical Examiner for FMCSA and a Qualified Mental Health Professional as recognized by Mental Health and Mental Retardation (MHMR). She has also been certified as a Professional Injector of facial fillers and Botulinum by the Texas Laser Institute.
 

She earned her Associate’s degree in Nursing from Angelo State University in 1992. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1994 from Angelo State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. She graduated with her Master’s degree in Nursing from University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 1997 with certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
 

Gailon holds board certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and is an active member of Texas Nurse Practitioners. She is also a past member of Theta Sigma Tau National Nursing Honor Society and Alpha Chi National College Honor Scholarship Society. She was inducted into Who’s
Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges for the 1993-1994 academic year.
