Sterling County
Family Clinic
Michele Foster, NP
Nurse Practitioner, Primary Provider
As the nurse practitioner and medical provider for Sterling County Family Clinic, I am excited to be part of my hometown clinic. My husband’s family has deep roots in this community. I am honored to be your neighbor and be able to care for you and your family with honesty, compassion, and a deep respect for your privacy.
We moved to Sterling City to raise our family in a place that feels like home. I am married to the love of my life Zane foster and we have three amazing kids. The oldest is a Texas Tech graduate, the middle son is a driven young entrepreneur, and our youngest is a student at Sterling City ISD.
Professionally, I became a registered nurse in 2006 and a Nurse practitioner in 2022. I’ve had the privilege of caring for patients with multiple chronic conditions, including those with complex blood pressure needs. I’ve also worked closely with pediatric patients during my time in kidney care. My background includes emergency nursing and running my own clinic, where I focused on weight loss, hormone therapy, and alternative wellness options.
I want every patient to feel welcome, heard, and safe. I take your privacy seriously and strictly follow HIPAA guidelines. In a small town, that kind of trust matters, and I promise to protect it.
